- Provide warm welcome to customers by greeting them in person or by phone
- Direct contact for customers or agent in making spa reservation in proper manner and maximizing the occupancy
- Handle enquiries from customers or agents either by e-mail or by phone
- Act as a consultant in providing correct information on products and treatments to customers
- Maintain clean and safe reception area
- Handle bill payment and POS system accurately and proficiency
- Promote the spa, treatments, and retail products as well as promotion or marketing campaign if available
- remain the highest standard of spa journey and customer experience iin accordance with spa protocol
- Deliver daily/monthly reports regularly
- Be flexible with working schedule to support the needs of the spa
